Overview

KT056 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Nanjing Kati Medical Technology. It is designed to target the disialoganglioside GD2, a surface antigen highly expressed in neuroblastoma and various other solid tumors, including ovarian cancer. The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's T cells to express a CAR specific to GD2, enabling them to recognize and eliminate GD2-positive malignant cells. KT056 is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of neuroblastoma and ovarian cancer.
