Overview

KT07 is an investigational small molecule drug being developed in oral capsule form for the alleviation of fever and other symptoms associated with acute uncomplicated influenza, including nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, aches and pains, fatigue, headache, chills or sweats. Its mechanism of action is currently unknown. Clinical development has included phase 1 pharmacokinetics studies in healthy adults to assess safety and tolerability[1][2][3], as well as a phase 2 randomized controlled trial evaluating efficacy in subjects with confirmed acute uncomplicated influenza[5].
