Overview

KT081 is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting the disialoganglioside **GD2**, developed by **Nanjing Kati Medical Technology**. GD2 is a tumor-associated antigen frequently overexpressed in neuroectoderm-derived tumors such as neuroblastoma and medulloblastoma, as well as certain epithelial cancers like lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), while maintaining restricted expression in healthy tissues. By engineering T cells to express a CAR specific for GD2, KT081 aims to induce potent anti-tumor immune responses against these solid tumors. The program is currently undergoing evaluation in investigator-initiated trials (IIT) and preclinical studies.
