KT095 CAR-T is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target the B7-H3 antigen, a protein overexpressed in various solid tumors. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own T cells, genetically engineering them to express a CAR that recognizes B7-H3, expanding these modified cells ex vivo, and then infusing them back into the patient. The goal is for these engineered T cells to selectively bind to and destroy tumor cells expressing B7-H3.
