Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KT18 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) clone developed as a T-cell receptor-based therapeutic. It is designed to specifically recognize and eliminate KRAS G12V-mutant tumor cells. This TCR demonstrates superior functional avidity and, importantly, lacks off-target activity against the endogenously expressed RAB7B self-peptide, a critical safety concern for other KRAS G12V-specific TCRs. Preclinical validation in multiple xenograft models has shown that KT18 TCR-T cells mediate potent and significant tumor regression. It is being developed for clinical use against KRAS G12V-driven solid tumors.
