**KTX-154** is a preclinical targeted protein degrader developed by Kymera Therapeutics for oncology applications, particularly STAT3-driven hematologic malignancies such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma and anaplastic large-cell lymphoma. It is a heterobifunctional small-molecule degrader that binds STAT3 and recruits an E3 ubiquitin ligase, promoting ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of STAT3 rather than conventional occupancy-based inhibition. Preclinical posters from Kymera describe KTX-154 as one of several selective STAT3 degraders with evidence of STAT3 downregulation, apoptosis induction, cell-cycle arrest, and antitumor activity in lymphoma models, but the program appears to have remained preclinical and was later superseded by the clinical STAT3 degrader KT-333.
