KTX-201

KTX-201 is an investigational **STAT3-targeted protein degrader** from **Kymera Therapeutics** being developed for **immuno-oncology**. Formerly known as **KYM-003**, it is designed to selectively induce degradation of **signal transducer and activator of transcription 3**, a transcription factor that promotes tumor-associated immune suppression and tumor cell survival. By degrading STAT3 in both immune and tumor cells, KTX-201 is intended to reverse immunosuppressive gene-expression programs and enhance antitumor immunity. Preclinical data described activity in in vitro non-small cell lung cancer models and antitumor effects in immune checkpoint inhibitor-resistant mouse colorectal cancer models, supporting development in cancer settings characterized by immune suppression.
