Overview

KTX-475 is an investigational **targeted protein degrader** developed by Kymera Therapeutics as part of its preclinical IRAKIMiD program for **MYD88-mutant diffuse large B-cell lymphoma** and related B-cell malignancies. Available company and conference materials describe it as a heterobifunctional small-molecule degrader that promotes degradation of **interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4** and also degrades **immunomodulatory imide drug substrates**, producing apoptosis and stronger cytotoxic activity in MYD88-mutant DLBCL models than IRAK4 kinase inhibition alone. The program appears to have remained preclinical and is not part of Kymera's current visible clinical pipeline.
