Overview
Kunxinning Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) product developed and manufactured by Tasly Pharmaceutical Group. It is specifically indicated for the treatment of menopausal syndrome (perimenopausal syndrome), particularly for patients presenting with symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating, palpitations, insomnia, and irritability. The formulation is based on TCM principles of nourishing kidney Yin and clearing deficiency heat. Pharmacologically, the active components from herbs such as *Radix Rehmanniae* and *Herba Epimedii* are thought to modulate the endocrine system and provide phytoestrogenic activity, helping to stabilize the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis during the transition to menopause. It was approved by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in 2005.
