Overview

KUP101 is Kupando's clinical-stage **dual Toll-like receptor 4 and Toll-like receptor 7 agonist** immunotherapy. It is a liposomal product containing two co-encapsulated small-molecule agonists intended to stimulate innate immunity and induce trained innate immunity. KUP101 is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1 study for advanced solid tumors, including advanced skin cancers, and is also being developed preclinically as a host-directed approach for infectious diseases, including antimicrobial-resistant infections.
