**KUR-113** is an investigational, locally applied drug-biologic bone-graft product developed by Kuros Biosurgery for surgical bone repair. Also called **Fibrin-PTH**, it incorporates TGplPTH1-34, a parathyroid hormone 1-34 variant, within a fibrin matrix intended to provide localized and controlled delivery at a bone-healing site. The PTH peptide is designed to activate parathyroid hormone 1 receptor signaling in osteogenic cells, promoting bone formation and fusion. KUR-113 was evaluated in Phase 2 studies in acute open tibial shaft fractures and in single-level transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for degenerative disc disease; Kuros reported in December 2023 that it would not advance Fibrin-PTH to Phase 3 and would prioritize its MagnetOs program.
