Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kuragenx is a lead exosome-based therapeutic candidate developed by Pandorum Technologies. It is engineered using a proprietary platform to produce tunable, regenerative exosomes that reprogram pathological tissue states, specifically targeting inflammation and fibrosis. The therapy aims to promote tissue repair and regeneration by modulating the local tissue environment. Pandorum Technologies has established a global manufacturing strategy for Kuragenx, partnering with AGC Biologics for the U.S. and European markets and Nucelion Therapeutics (a subsidiary of Bharat Biotech) for the Asia-Pacific region. The development of Kuragenx is supported by an $18 million Series B financing round intended to advance its clinical programs and scale up global operations.
