Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kushta Qualaee (also known as Kushta Qalai) is a traditional herbo-mineral formulation used in Unani medicine, primarily indicated for male sexual disorders and reproductive health. It is prepared through a specialized calcination process (Kushta) of tin (Qalai), resulting in a detoxified, bioavailable calx of tin (tin oxide). Kushta Qualaee is traditionally used to treat conditions such as spermatorrhoea (involuntary seminal discharge), premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction (impotence), nocturnal emissions, and general sexual debility. It is believed to work by increasing semen viscosity, strengthening the nervous system, and toning the muscles surrounding the testicles. Modern manufacturers of this classical formulation include Dawakhana Tibbiya, Hamdard, Rex Remedies, Dehlvi Naturals, and Cipzer.
