KV23c is a full-spectrum cannabinoid phytopharmaceutical developed by Kensana Health. It is designed to modulate the endocannabinoid system (ECS) to promote wound healing and address inflammatory processes. The drug is currently in Phase 3 clinical development for the treatment of calciphylaxis (specifically in the BEAT-Calci trial in collaboration with the University of Sydney), a rare and severe condition involving vascular calcification and skin necrosis. Additionally, KV23c is being explored in preclinical stages for the treatment of venous leg ulcers.
