KVA11-M01-231 is an affinity-optimized, T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Beijing CorreGene Biotechnology. It is designed to specifically target the KRAS G12V mutation presented by the HLA-A*11:01 allele. The TCR was originally identified as a natural variant (KVA11-N01) from patient tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) using CorreGene's Single T cell TCR Cloning platform and was subsequently refined for enhanced potency and specificity using the SMART-TCR system. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that KVA11-M01-231 exhibits superior IFN-γ release and tumor suppression efficacy compared to benchmark murine TCRs. The therapy is intended for the treatment of solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12V mutation, including pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
