Overview

KVA11-N02 is a T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by Beijing CorreGene Biotechnology. It is designed to target the KRAS G12V mutation, a common oncogenic driver in solid tumors, specifically when presented by the HLA-A*11:01 allele. The TCR was identified from patient-derived tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) using CorreGene's proprietary Single T cell TCR Cloning platform. In preclinical evaluations, KVA11-N02 demonstrated high expression stability on T cells and potent anti-tumor activity, including significant tumor growth inhibition in mouse models and superior IFN-γ release compared to benchmark murine TCRs. The therapy is being developed for the treatment of KRAS G12V-positive cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
