Overview

KVA11-N04 is a natural T-cell receptor (TCR) identified from patient-derived tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that specifically targets the KRAS G12V mutation in the context of HLA-A*11:01. Developed by Beijing CorreGene Biotechnology using their proprietary Single T cell TCR Cloning platform and SMART-TCR system, KVA11-N04 is designed for use in TCR-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapies. In preclinical evaluations, T cells transduced with KVA11-N04 demonstrated high expression stability, potent interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) release, and significant tumor growth inhibition in mouse models of KRAS G12V-positive cancers. The TCR exhibits high specificity for the G12V mutant epitope with no observed cross-reactivity to wild-type KRAS or other off-target effects, positioning it as a potential therapeutic candidate for pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers harboring the KRAS G12V mutation.
