KVA12123 + pembrolizumab

KVA12123 is a human engineered IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets and blocks VISTA (V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation), aiming to overcome immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. It is designed as an infusion therapy and demonstrates strong monotherapy tumor growth inhibition in preclinical models, with a favorable safety profile and no evidence of cytokine release syndrome. Pembrolizumab is a well-established anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor, marketed under the brand name Keytruda, used for various cancers.
