Overview
**L-Dox** is Advanced Microbubbles' preclinical liposomal formulation of the anthracycline chemotherapy **doxorubicin** for high-risk neuroblastoma. The program is designed for use with ultrasound-triggered Size-Isolated Microbubbles to enhance localized tumor delivery and uptake of liposomal doxorubicin. Doxorubicin intercalates DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II, disrupting DNA replication and transcription and inducing tumor-cell death.
