Drug intelligence / Profile preview
L200 TCR-T (also known as TC-L200S) is an autologous T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by TCRCure Biotech. It is designed to target the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 2 (LMP2) antigen, which is highly expressed in EBV-associated malignancies such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. To overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment of solid tumors, the TCR-T cells are engineered with a cytokine auto-secreting element that releases Interleukin-12 (IL-12), enhancing local immune activation, T-cell persistence, and anti-tumor efficacy. L200 TCR-T is currently in clinical development for the treatment of EBV-positive metastatic or refractory nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other EBV-associated cancers.
