Overview

L2114 (also known as IL-2114) is an orally available small molecule inhibitor of ABL tyrosine kinase (ABL1) currently in discovery/preclinical development by iLeadBMS. The drug is being developed for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders, specifically Parkinson's disease (PD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). By inhibiting ABL tyrosine kinase, L2114 aims to prevent neurodegeneration and promote cell survival, addressing key pathological pathways in these progressive neurological conditions.
