Overview
L304 is a novel DNase enzyme developed by Neutrolis for the treatment of eye diseases, specifically targeting Neutrophil Extracellular Traps (NETs) as a potential therapy for dry eye disease. It is generated using Neutrolis's proprietary exDNASE platform. The drug acts by degrading NETs, which are implicated in autoimmune and inflammatory conditions affecting the eye.
