L3Tx, also marketed as Liquid Laser, is an aesthetic dermatological product developed and distributed by Kshipra Health Solutions. It is designed as a non-invasive treatment for skin rejuvenation and the management of hyperpigmentation, including melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The formulation is a synergistic combination of tranexamic acid, glutathione, and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Tranexamic acid acts by inhibiting the plasminogen/plasmin pathway, thereby reducing melanocyte stimulation. Glutathione and vitamin C function as potent antioxidants and direct inhibitors of tyrosinase, the key enzyme in melanin production. L3Tx is typically used in professional clinical settings via topical application or in conjunction with minimally invasive procedures like microneedling to enhance skin tone and texture.
