Overview
**LA-858** is an Allero Therapeutics preclinical allergen immunotherapy candidate for food allergy and pollen allergy. It uses Allero's SOMIT specific oromucosal immunotherapy platform: a mouth patch designed to retain allergen antigen at the oral mucosa and promote antigen-specific immune tolerance with tolerogenic bacterial-particle and TLR-binding components.
