LABP-69 is an oral, small molecule agonist of the Plexin domain containing 2 (PLXDC2), a cell surface transmembrane protein receptor. It is being developed as a first-in-class therapy for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The drug is in preclinical development for indications including rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and diabetic nephropathy.
