Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Lacolite Z is an oral rehydration therapy developed by Eskag Pharma. It is formulated as a 3-in-1 comprehensive therapy for diarrhea and dehydration, combining a low-osmolarity oral rehydration salts (ORS) blend with probiotics and zinc. Each sachet contains essential electrolytes (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium citrate) and dextrose to restore fluid and electrolyte balance, zinc sulfate monohydrate to support immune health and reduce the duration and recurrence of diarrheal episodes, and a probiotic blend (Bacillus coagulans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus) to help restore healthy gut microflora and support gastrointestinal recovery.
