Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Lactibiane ATB is a probiotic dietary supplement developed by the French laboratory PiLeJe. It is specifically formulated to support and protect the intestinal microbiota during and after antibiotic treatment. The primary active component is the probiotic strain *Lactobacillus rhamnosus* LA801 (also classified as *Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus*), provided at a concentration of 12 billion CFU per capsule. By replenishing beneficial bacteria, Lactibiane ATB aims to prevent antibiotic-associated dysbiosis and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects such as antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD).
