Overview

A **combination probiotic live biotherapeutic** product containing three specific strains: Lactobacillus fermentum TSF331, Lactobacillus reuteri TSR332, and Lactobacillus plantarum TSP05, developed for the **improvement of liver function** and **management of serum uric acid (UA) levels**, particularly in individuals with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and hyperuricemia. These strains, isolated from healthy human gut and traditional fermented foods, demonstrate high antioxidant capacity, reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory responses in preclinical models, and promote commensal gut microbiota while reducing pathobiont populations. Their mechanism includes **purine nucleoside assimilation without generating excess UA** as well as **enhanced excretion of UA in the gut**. Clinical trials have shown significant reductions in AST, ALT, and UA without adverse effects, supporting their safety and efficacy for liver health and metabolic balance[1][3].
