Overview

This is a combination product containing two active ingredients: - **Lactobacillus paracasei GM-080** (also known as Lacticaseibacillus paracasei GM-080), a probiotic strain shown to modulate immune responses, reduce airway inflammation, and alleviate symptoms of allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis. It acts by stimulating interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and interleukin-12 (IL-12) production, enhancing Th1 immune responses, and reducing IgE-mediated inflammation. The strain is considered safe, non-toxic, and able to survive gastrointestinal transit[1][2][5]. - **Fluticasone propionate**, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid widely used as an anti-inflammatory agent in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and asthma. It works by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor to suppress pro-inflammatory gene expression. The combination aims to provide both immunomodulatory effects from the probiotic component and potent anti-inflammatory action from the corticosteroid for enhanced management of airway inflammatory conditions such as allergic rhinitis.
