Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LADAVRU is an investigational small molecule drug candidate being developed by Hoverink Biotechnologies as a proprietary opioid alternative. It is a formulation of dronabinol, a synthetic cannabinoid, combined with citric acid and mannitol, designed for delivery as an intravenous injection or a solid preparation. The drug is currently in pre-clinical development for the treatment of chronic pain, neuropathy, and nausea and discomfort associated with chemotherapy. It is also being explored for broader applications in conditions such as cancer, cirrhosis, cirrhosis ascites, AIDS, and specifically for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in patients treated with anthracyclines.
