Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LADR-10 is a preclinical, ultra-high potency oncology drug candidate developed by CytRx Corporation and its subsidiary, Centurion BioPharma. It is part of the Linker Activated Drug Release (LADR™) platform, which utilizes a proprietary linker technology designed to bind to endogenous albumin in the bloodstream. This mechanism allows for the targeted delivery of potent cytotoxic payloads to solid tumors, where the linker is cleaved—typically by the acidic or enzymatic conditions of the tumor microenvironment—to release the active drug. LADR-10 was selected for IND-enabling studies to treat various solid tumors, aiming to improve the therapeutic index of highly toxic anti-cancer agents by reducing systemic exposure.
