Overview

LANEX-DC is an individualized autologous dendritic cell immunotherapy developed by Laboratories Dr. Gansauge (LDG) for the treatment of various solid tumors, including pancreatic, colorectal, gastric, breast, ovarian, prostate, and skin cancers. The therapy involves isolating immature dendritic precursor cells (monocytes) from the patient's peripheral blood, culturing them in vitro with specific growth factors, and exposing them to autologous tumor antigens derived from the patient's own plasma (long antigen exposition). Once matured, these antigen-presenting dendritic cells are subcutaneously injected back into the patient (typically in the groin area) to stimulate a targeted T-cell-mediated immune response against the cancer cells.
