Langqing Ata granules

Langqing Ata granules are an orally administered **Tibetan multi-herb medicine** also reported as Huagan Tongluo Fang. The product has been evaluated in a randomized, double-blind phase IIa Chinese trial for hepatic fibrosis and is also being investigated clinically for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Its precise active composition and direct molecular targets have not been established publicly. Preclinical studies suggest anti-fibrotic activity associated with reduced hepatic stellate-cell activation, reduced collagen deposition, modulation of inflammatory and oxidative-stress processes, and effects on the miR-184/FOXO1/Th17-cell axis; these findings should not be interpreted as an established clinical mechanism.
