Overview
Larri Oral Spray is a triple-action topical oral spray developed by ENT Technologies for the treatment of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR), also known as Silent Reflux. The formulation consists of magnesium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, and *Camellia sinensis* (green tea extract). It functions primarily as a non-pharmacological barrier; magnesium alginate creates a physical protective layer over the tissues of the laryngopharynx and oropharynx to block stomach acid and trap pepsin, while sodium hyaluronate provides lubrication and supports tissue healing. *Camellia sinensis* is included for its soothing properties on inflamed throat tissues. The product is intended to alleviate symptoms such as throat dryness, constant throat clearing, hoarseness, and dry cough associated with LPR.
