LAT010

LAT010 is a human interleukin-2 (IL-2) based immunocytokine designed to selectively activate the intermediate-affinity IL-2 receptor (IL2Rβγ), while avoiding activation of the high-affinity IL-2 receptor (IL2Rαβγ). This selectivity aims to stimulate CD8+ T cells and natural killer (NK) cells for antitumor immune responses without the severe toxicities associated with traditional IL-2 therapies. Developed by Latticon Antibody Therapeutics, LAT010 is being investigated as an antineoplastic immunotherapy for advanced solid tumors, including but not limited to malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, breast carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma. It is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors[1][3][4][6][7][9].
