LAU-ATB-04 is an investigational antibacterial drug candidate being developed by Vectans Pharma for the treatment of oral infections. It utilizes the proprietary Lauriad mucoadhesive buccal tablet technology, which allows the tablet to adhere to the oral mucosa and release the active antibiotic ingredient in a sustained manner directly at the site of infection.
