It contains two active ingredients: **lauromacrogols** (3.0% w/w) and **urea** (5.0% w/w). Lauromacrogols act as a local anesthetic to desensitize peripheral sensory nerve endings, providing rapid relief from itching (pruritus). Urea is a naturally occurring humectant and keratolytic agent that helps the skin retain moisture and restores the skin's natural barrier function. The product is indicated for the treatment of pruritus, eczema (including atopic dermatitis), dermatitis, and scaling skin conditions.
