Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LB-DTK-MV is an investigational multi-virus specific T-cell (VST) therapy developed by LucasBio. It consists of T cells that are specifically expanded to recognize and eliminate cells infected with Cytomegalovirus (CMV), BK virus (BKV), and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). The therapy is designed for patients who have developed antiviral-resistant infections or associated diseases following intensive anticancer therapy or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). By restoring the patient's cellular immune response against these opportunistic pathogens, LB-DTK-MV aims to reduce viral loads and improve clinical outcomes in the post-transplant or post-chemotherapy setting.
