LB2101

**LB2101** is an autologous **GPC3-targeted CAR-T cell therapy** being developed by **Legend Biotech** for solid tumors, particularly **non-small cell lung cancer** and **hepatocellular carcinoma**. The product is also referred to as **LCAR-H93T** and is described as an armored CAR-T approach designed to recognize **glypican-3** on tumor cells and enhance T-cell activity within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. It is administered as a **one-time cellular infusion** following manufacture from a patient's own T cells and has been reported in early clinical development, including first-in-human study activity in China.
