LB2103 is an investigational **γ-δ T cell therapy** engineered to target **BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen)** for the treatment of **multiple myeloma**. It is being developed by **Legend Biotech Corporation** and is currently in **preclinical development**. The therapy utilizes gamma-delta T cells modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) directed against BCMA, which is highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells.
