Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LBI-101 is an off-the-shelf allogenic tissue biomaterial developed as an injectable product for the permanent reconstruction of soft tissue affected by aging, traumatic injuries, and surgical procedures. The product is designed to stimulate tissue repair and regeneration. Clinical studies have demonstrated initial safety, biocompatibility, and new tissue formation without the scarring typically associated with other injection-based therapies. LBI-101 is currently being investigated in a Phase 2 clinical study for soft-tissue reconstruction[3][6][1].
