Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LBL-003 is a recombinant fully human monoclonal antibody targeting T lymphocyte immunoglobulin mucin-3 (TIM-3). It specifically binds to TIM-3 on the surface of immune cells, blocking the TIM-3 pathway and thereby restoring anti-tumor immune responses. LBL-003 is being developed as an immunotherapy for advanced malignant tumors, with its primary mechanism involving inhibition of the TIM-3 immune checkpoint to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. The drug is currently in clinical development for patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed standard treatments or are not suitable for them.
