This is a combination therapy consisting of **LBL-007** (a novel immune checkpoint inhibitor in clinical development), **tislelizumab** (a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 [PD-1]), and **docetaxel** (a chemotherapeutic agent belonging to the taxane class). Tislelizumab is designed to block the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1, PD-L2), thereby enhancing T cell–mediated antitumor immunity. Docetaxel promotes microtubule assembly and inhibits their disassembly, disrupting mitosis and leading to apoptosis in cancer cells. LBL-007 targets LAG-3 (lymphocyte-activation gene 3), an immune checkpoint pathway that may act synergistically with PD-1 blockade. The combination aims to enhance immune response and cytotoxic activity against cancer cells, particularly in challenging or previously treated solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
