LBL-007 + toripalimab

**LBL-007 + toripalimab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including melanoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. **LBL-007** is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting Lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3), an immune checkpoint, while **toripalimab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). Dual inhibition of PD-1 and LAG-3 is hypothesized to synergistically enhance anti-tumor immunity by restoring T cell function and inhibiting immune escape.
