LBL-019

LBL-019 is a humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody that targets tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2). It acts as an agonist by specifically binding to TNFR2 with high affinity and co-stimulating the receptor in an Fc crosslinking-dependent manner. This activation leads to downstream NF-κB signaling, resulting in T cell activation and expansion, thereby promoting antitumor immunity. Preclinical studies have shown that LBL-019 efficiently activates effector T cells while alleviating the immunosuppressive effects of regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment. The drug is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors and malignant cancers that have progressed after standard systemic therapy. Clinical development is led by Leads Biolabs, with ongoing Phase 1/2 trials demonstrating preliminary safety and efficacy signals[1][2][3][4][5][7].
