LBL-024 + bevacizumab + docetaxel is a combination therapy that includes a bispecific monoclonal antibody (LBL-024), bevacizumab (an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody), and docetaxel (a cytotoxic chemotherapy, taxane class). LBL-024 is designed to block the immunosuppressive PD-L1 pathway and provide targeted 4-1BB co-stimulation to enhance anti-tumor immune response. Bevacizumab inhibits tumor angiogenesis by blocking vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). Docetaxel inhibits microtubule depolymerization, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in rapidly dividing tumor cells. The combination aims to synergistically boost immune activation, reduce tumor vascularization, and directly kill cancer cells, with primary indication in advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (EP-NEC) and other solid tumors, including NSCLC and metastatic breast cancer.
