Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LBL-034 is a humanized IgG1 subtype asymmetric bispecific antibody targeting both GPRC5D and CD3. It is designed to activate T-cells against multiple myeloma by binding to CD3 on T cells and the tumor-associated antigen GPRC5D on myeloma cells, thereby inducing T-cell-mediated killing of cancer cells. Developed by Leads Biolabs, LBL-034 has received FDA orphan drug designation for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
