Overview

LBL-054 is a novel **antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** targeting **Cadherin-17 (CDH17)**, developed from a humanized CDH17 IgG1 antibody. The drug is designed to bind to CDH17, a cell surface protein implicated in several cancers. As an ADC, LBL-054 couples the specificity of the antibody for CDH17-positive tumor cells with a cytotoxic payload, enabling targeted delivery of the drug to malignant cells while sparing normal tissues.
