LBL-061

LBL-061 is an investigational bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Nanjing Leads Biolabs. It is designed to simultaneously target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1). By binding to these two antigens, which are frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, LBL-061 delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to the tumor cells, potentially enhancing efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity. The dual-targeting mechanism aims to overcome resistance associated with single-target therapies and may provide a synergistic effect by combining targeted cell killing with immune checkpoint modulation. LBL-061 is currently in the IND-enabling stage for the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
