LBL-076 is an investigational trispecific T-cell engager antibody developed by Nanjing Leads Biolabs for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It is designed to simultaneously bind CD38 and GPRC5D on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby conditionally recruiting and activating T cells to mediate T cell–dependent cellular cytotoxicity against malignant plasma cells, including those with heterogeneous or low antigen expression.[1][2][3][9] Preclinical data show potent and durable anti-tumor activity in multiple multiple myeloma xenograft models, efficient T-cell activation with relatively mild cytokine release, and reduced cytotoxicity toward CD38-expressing normal immune cells, supporting its development as a potential next-generation therapy for heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients.[1][3]
